Our coffee is 100% Arabica, roasted fresh daily. You will get the best flavor if you grind the coffee yourself.

This coffee uses mild Central American beans brought to a city roast. The flavor is added to the beans then packaged and sent to you.

We package our coffee in bags with 1-way air valves to keep the product fresh. It is best stored in a cool, dry place. You can keep it longer in the refrigerator, but you should never freeze it.
